The king in the frame story lost his son because he sentenced before he inquired. Before you decide, tick what is true. This is a prompt for judgment, not a verdict: it runs in your browser and stores nothing.

What is true right now? I am being made to want something I did not want an hour ago. The prize keeps getting more attractive the closer I get, or a new one appears the moment I lose interest. I am angry and I want to answer right now. The message seems built to make me react, and someone benefits if I do. I am being sold an outcome rather than a thing: a result, a return, a transformation. The proof is testimony and screenshots, not something I can check myself. It would cost me a great deal to walk away, and that cost keeps growing. One party now stands between me and something I need (customers, income, access, information). Someone with something to gain keeps telling me I am right, special, ahead of everyone else. Nobody around this decision is allowed, or willing, to tell me no. I am being told I must decide before I can look into it.

Three questions before you sentence

Who profits if I say yes, or react, now? Would they still profit if I waited a week?
What is the strongest case that I am wrong, and who could make it with no stake in my answer?
If I am being worked, which of my own thieves is the lever: want, anger, greed, attachment, or pride?

The breach is always inside. The plotter supplies the spark; your own thieves supply the fuel.
